Setting off & Charting the course

  • Developing the HR Transformation Vision, Framework, and Design Principles,
  • Ensuring alignment with your  Compliance & Regulatory environment and legistration or company policies e.g. GDPR
  • Developing the HR Transformation Roadmap, building the Blueprint for delivery and the high level capability model

Streamlining the Path & Staying on course

  • Delivering the HR Transformation Target Operating Model, HR/People functional To Be end state / Future State and any changes to the Service Delivery Model
  • Working with procurement, legal etc on HR Transformation partner / supplier selection e.g. consulting, SI etc
  • Supporting HR Transformation evaluation and selection of HRIS and supporting HR technologies
  • Supporting HR Transformation evaluation and selection of HR/People outsourcing partner/supplier
  • HR Transformation launch and kick off implementation, setting up the PMO,  commencing Project Board, Steerco and Design Authority forums and meetings
  • Developing the HR Transformation comms engagement and change management strategy (engagement, communication, training, adoption, embedding etc)
  • HR Transformation technology related strategy elements such as the data migration, environment straty, change control approach, working and engaging with supporting functions such as technology, data & risk engagement e.g. DPO and DPIA

Monitoring Progress  & Sustaining the Journey

  • HR Transformation ongoing project management, including governance,  risk management, cost management and day to day programme / project management and direction including workstreams and deliverables.
  • Developing key metrics to track delivery. progress and outcomes including enabling early intervention on issues or risks
  • HR Transformation delivery implementation including go live readiness, ensuring service transition, defining and being ready for stabilization activity and then transition to BAU

  • HR Transformation delivery post implementation benefits realization, measurement of outcomes, evaluation and tracking reporting, close out  project/programmes, completing the lessons learned
